Bristol City Football Club physiotherapist Nick Dawes talks about his route to this role and what it involves.
To link with this we have developed a lesson plan for students to investigate some of the methods used to assess fitness: flexibility (sit and reach test) and cardiovascular fitness (pulse rate and blood pressure measurement before and after exercise).
