
Charlotte is an extremely experience sports woman who has competed for Great Britain in hockey and won medals at the Commonwealth and Olympic Games. Charlotte studied Sports Science at Loughborough University achieving a first class degree.
Inspiring role models such as Tina Cullen, a field hockey forward who represented Great Britain in two consecutive Summer Olympics starting in 1996 when the team ended up in fourth place.

I carry out two training sessions every day which is made up of either a run, swim or some time in the gym.
